By accessing this website or purchasing from Anow IT Solution you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
Digital products (scripts, apps, templates) are delivered as downloadable source code. Each purchase grants a license as described in our License Terms; you do not acquire ownership of the intellectual property.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Payments
Prices are shown in the store currency. Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal, PayHere or bank transfer. Bank transfers are activated after verification.
4. Services
Custom development, installation and marketing services are delivered according to the agreed quote, timeline and milestones. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
5. Support
Item support includes answering questions about features, help with reported bugs and assistance with included third-party assets. Customization and installation are paid services.
6. Prohibited use
You may not resell, redistribute or share our source code except as allowed by the Extended License, or use our products for illegal purposes.
7. Limitation of liability
Products are provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses, data loss or loss of profits arising from use of our products or services.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
